THIS COMPREHENSIVE BIBLIOGRAPHY provides an overview of the information dealing with housing rights generally and with specific areas such as: forced evictions and displacement; housing and property restitution; women’s rights to adequate housing; the implementation and enforcement of housing rights; and economic, social and cultural rights. Most of these categories include sources from professional research, NGO and government publications, fact-finding mission reports and UN documents and resolutions. This source book is limited to documents that relate their analysis to the framework of housing as a human right. This bibliography is an expanded update to a previous edition published in 1993 and, whilst explicitly stating that it is not exhaustive in its coverage, it could serve as a useful resource to persons working in the field of housing rights at the international, regional or national level.
